Shervin Gerami is not your typical CEO. Sure, he trained at Harvard and Wharton. Yes, he oversees day-to-day-operations at TeleWorld Solutions and leads the company’s product and service development strategy departments. And, of course, he’s a proven entrepreneur, having previously founded and grown three companies in the IT, Internet, and Enterprise Mobility sectors, and been named an Entrepreneur of the Year finalist by Ernst & Young.


Marc Gonyea oversees daily operations and establishes the strategic direction for the firm. Under his leadership, memoryBlue has developed into one of the leading outsourced inside sales providers for the high tech industry.

Before co-founding memoryBlue, Marc held both inside sales and field sales responsibilities for Computer Associates and MicroStrategy. Marc holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from George Mason University.


Chris is the President of Xgility. Prior to founding Xgility, Chris served as CEO for Solutions Developers where he led them to ten consecutive years of growth and profitability without external investment. Chris also founded Powerlink Technologies, a company that created custom logistics, distribution, and inventory tracking solutions for Fortune 1000 companies such as Duke Energy, CVS, and Elizabeth Arden. Chris holds a degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from West Virginia University, is an active member of Vistage, and is a certified as a Scrum Master in agile project management. He lives in Ashburn, VA with his wife and three children.
